How do you bring an old logo into the future? Our team wanted to bring som enew ideas together with a new contemporary look and feel.
So we sketched various concepts and landed on the new mark, a shield with an arrow to navigate. The overall shape of the icon, the shield – represents protection for customers when they need coverage. The top right corner is that of a modern GPS arrow, visualizing the direction offered to their customers to know where to go and which policy fits best.
New messaging brought clarity not only to what they provide but more importantly, customer-centric messaging to create peace of mind.
The “Trusted Advisors” seal was an extra moniker to be used to bring forward the legacy and longevity of Compass.
The 3-Part Compass Insurance Process was created to bring enhanced clarity – both internally and customer-facing. When their customers know where they are and where they’re going, it builds trust and a sense of direction.
